YOU’LL NEED
- Your TMB ultimate burger kit
- 4 Potato Buns
- 4 Claystone Meats Burger patties
- Unscripted Fermentation ‘Mother’ Hot Sauce
- 1 Head of Baby Coz Lettuce
- 8 Slices of Bacon
- 4 Slices of Provolone
- 12 Slices Sweet ‘n’ Sour Pickles
- Mayonnaise
- 60gr Butter
- Sea Salt Flakes
METHOD
FOR THE GRILL
- Pre-heat the grill to a medium – high heat.
- Season one side of your patty with sea salt flakes
- Cook the bacon and patties, for about 2 minutes on each side (for a medium cook).
- Turn off the heat and place your cheese on top of the patties, rest for 2 minutes.
STOVETOP
- Heat the pan to a medium-high heat, add oil to prevent sticking.
- Season one side of your patty with sea salt flakes
- Cook the patties and bacon for about 2 minutes on each side (for a medium cook)
- Turn off the heat and place your cheese on top of the patties, rest for 2 minutes.
TOAST BUNS
Butter your buns and toast on the grill or in the pan.
ASSEMBLY
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the toasted buns.
- Top with sliced pickles
- Squeeze on your preferred amount of mayonnaise and hot sauce.
- Add the bacon strips and lettuce.
- Place the top half of the buns
- Enjoy!
