We’re on the hunt for our next CCCO!
What’s that, you ask?
The Chief Croissant Consumption Officer, of course.
If you’re a little flaky, slightly doughy and a big-time fan of croissants, then keep reading!
Key Responsibilities:
As CCCO, your job is to:
- Regularly check the quality of our croissants (daily, if possible).
- Share the love of Three Mills Croissants through storytelling and social media.
- Did we mention that you basically need to LOVE Croissants?
What We’re Looking For:
You must be-
- An absolute croissant LOVER! (Obviously)
- Active on all major social media platforms and willing to spread the joy of buttery croissants with your friends, family, entire Canberra and beyond.
- Did we mention you must be willing to CONSUME croissants and talk endlessly about croissants?
- Must already be a die-hard Three Mills fan!
- Love facing the camera and being in the spotlight.
What’s in it for you?
- As CCCO, you’ll have the exclusive right to walk into any Three Mills Bakery location in Canberra—any day of the week—and enjoy a delicious, flaky croissant.
Yes, that’s 365 days of ALL THE CROISSANTS YOU CAN EAT. - The chance to host croissant brunches (at one of our venues or at home with a box of bake-at-home croissants!):
- 4 larger events per year (maximum 6 guests per event).
- 12 smaller events per year (maximum 3 guests per event).
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes access to croissant-making (yes, we’ll teach you the secrets!).
- Serious bragging rights as our official CCCO.

Entries open 9am AEDT 18th January and close 11:59pm 27th January 2025.
The winner will be crowned on National Croissant Day, Thursday 30th of January.
