Pick Up & Home delivery FAQs

Pick Up

You can order items from our cafes here for pick up.
Simply select the location you would like to pick up from, add your items to cart and checkout.
Your order will be ready in 20 minutes from the location you selected.

You can order our full standard cafe menu for pick up – including fresh sourdough, baked pastries, tarts, cold and hot beverages, hot food and our frozen bake at home range.

Pick up orders can be placed until 12:30pm on weekdays, 1:30pm on weekends.
Orders placed after cut off will be allocated to the next day for pick up first thing.

You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS with estimated pick up time and you will receive an email and SMS once ready for collection.

All orders will be ready for collection in 20 minutes as standard.
If you’d like to pick up at a specific time, please leave a note for our team in the ‘Note for seller’ section at checkout and we will do the best to accomodate this.
Please note, that orders can only be picked up during trading hours, which can be viewed here.


You can order items for delivery here.
Simply add your items to cart and checkout, choosing which Friday you would like to receive your delivery.

$10 or free for orders over $100.

We deliver every Friday (except for public holidays)
Place your order online by Wednesday 8am, to receive your order on Friday.
Alternatively, you can select a future Friday delivery date up to 6 weeks in advance.

Our delivery window is 12pm-5pm, we cannot unfortunately allocate delivery slots.
You will be notified once your order is out for delivery and can track where the driver is.

Orders are marked with Authority to leave, so on arrival our driver will look for a safe place to leave your order if your not home.
All of our frozen products arrive in insulated pouches with frozen packs inside a box. This will keep the products in perfect shape for hours. Pop them straight in the freezer when you get home, or better yet – bake them!

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

We can absolutely re-use ice packs, you can hand them in at one of our café locations.

Unfortunately, delivery is currently only available to ACT, Queanbeyan, Googong and Karabar to ensure fresh as possible products direct from our oven to your door.

If you have made an online order for delivery and wish to change it to pick up, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible on 0447 699 843. We may not be able to accomodate this change on a Friday, if the order has already been packed for delivery.

My order

Please call us on 0447 699 843 if you wish to amend your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, this is not always possible. Please note that we will have to process payment for any additional products over the phone.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes they can end up in there. If it is not in there, please call us on 0447 699 843 to confirm your order.


We are serious about sourdough and the most important ingredient in great sourdough is time. From milling our own flour to long fermentation practices, we make sure every loaf has that distinctive Three Mills Bakery taste. All bread is made to order, so we need 48 hours to ensure that it is perfect for you.

Ingredients and nutritional information are available in each product on the shop and collected in Product Information.

Bake at home pastry items are available from all of our cafe locations and at our stall at Canberra region Farmers Market at Epic on a Saturday, Southside Farmers Markets on a Sunday (subject to availability).

Only extra-large variants are available sliced, regular sized loaves are packed straight from the oven and are too hot to go through our slicing machines.

We do not slice gluten free bread due to the risk of cross contamination from other loaves.

As we want to provide you with the freshest possible pastry, we do not deliver baked pastries only our bake at home range that you can enjoy fresh from your oven. If you’d like to order fresh pastries, you can order for pick up in 20 mins.

We can! Please pop a note in at checkout.

All of our products are made fresh and sometimes we do run out. We do our best to stay on top of stock levels, if you notice that a product is sold out, please check back in again the following day or call us on (02) 5100 3265 and we can advise when this item will be back in stock.

Bake at home troubleshooting

Baking instructions are available on our website when you click on each individual product.

As the cold weather sets in, croissants may not prove up as quickly in colder room temperatures and may require to be left out for longer than initially advised. The photos of our croissants include an egg wash to provide a golden finish; whilst this is an optional baking step, it can have an effect on the appearance of the finished croissant.
