Same Day Pick-up

Simply select ‘pick-up’ and choose which of our Fyshwick locations you would like to pick up from. Add your delicious treats to your cart, fill in your contact details and payment details and checkout. Your order will be ready for collection at your nominated location in 20 minutes.

Same day pick- up is available Monday – Sunday.
Submit your order by 1:30pm to pick-up the same day.
Orders placed after this time will automatically be allocated to 7:30am the next day.

You can order our full standard cafe menu for pick-up – including fresh sourdough, baked pastries, tarts, cold and hot beverages and hot food. You can also order our pantry items, gifts and frozen bake at home range.

You will receive an order confirmation via email & SMS with estimated pick up time.
Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email & SMS.

Same Day Delivery

Simply select ‘delivery’ and complete your delivery address. Add your delicious treats to your cart, fill in your contact details and payment details and checkout. Your order will delivered between 2:30pm – 7pm that same day.

Same day delivery is available Tuesday – Saturday.
Submit your order by 1:30pm to have it delivered that same day.
Orders placed after this time will automatically be allocated for delivery on the next day.
Orders placed after 1:30pm on Saturday will be allocated to the next Tuesday.

Orders placed by 1:30pm will be delivered that same day. If you want to place a delivery for the next day, just jump online after 1:30pm and place your order.

You can order fresh sourdough, baked pastries, pantry items, gifts and frozen bake at home range for delivery.

Same day delivery fee is $10 for orders under $100, or free for orders over $100.

Our third-party delivery driver will complete your delivery between 2:30pm – 7pm, we cannot allocate delivery slots.
You will be notified once your order is out for delivery and can track where the driver is.

You will receive an order confirmation via email & SMS with delivery bracket of 2:30pm – 7pm.
Once your order is onboard with our driver, you will receive an SMS where you can track the delivery.
You will receive an SMS once delivered.

Orders are marked with Authority to leave, so on arrival our driver will look for a safe place to leave your order if your not home.
All of our frozen products arrive in insulated pouches with frozen packs inside a box. This will keep the products in perfect shape for hours. Pop them straight in the freezer when you get home, or better yet – bake them!

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Orders are delivered boxed, frozen items are delivered in freezer bags with icepacks and should remain frozen until you get home.

We are currently accepting ice packs for recycling, please leave items out for our delivery drivers if you are not home or hand them in at one of our café locations.

Unfortunately, delivery is currently only available inside the ACT and Queanbeyan to ensure fresh as possible products direct from our oven to your door.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes they can end up in there. If it is not in there, please call us on (02) 5100 3265 to confirm your order.

Please call us on (02) 5100 3265 if you wish to amend your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, this is not always possible. Please note that we will have to process payment for any additional products over the phone.


We are serious about sourdough and the most important ingredient in great sourdough is time. From milling our own flour to long fermentation practices, we make sure every loaf has that distinctive Three Mills Bakery taste. All bread is made to order, so we need 48 hours to ensure that it is perfect for you.

Ingredients and nutritional information are available in each product on the shop and collected in Product Information.

Bake at home pastry items are available from our bakery cafes in Fyshwick 7 days a week and also at our pop-up stall at the Canberra region Farmers Market at Epic on a Saturday morning (subject to availability).

Only extra-large variants are available sliced, regular sized loaves are packed straight from the oven and are too hot to go through our slicing machines.

We do not slice gluten free bread due to the risk of cross contamination from other loaves.

All of our products are made fresh and sometimes we do run out. We do our best to stay on top of stock levels, if you notice that a product is sold out, please check back in again the following day or call us on (02) 5100 3265 and we can advise when this item will be back in stock.

Bake at home troubleshooting

Baking instructions are available on our website when you click on each individual product.

As the cold weather sets in, croissants may not prove up as quickly in colder room temperatures and may require to be left out for longer than initially advised. The photos of our croissants include an egg wash to provide a golden finish; whilst this is an optional baking step, it can have an effect on the appearance of the finished croissant.
