Please call us on (02) 5100 3265 if you wish to amend your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, this is not always possible. Please note that we will have to process payment for any additional products over the phone.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes they can end up in there. If it is not in there, please call us on (02) 5100 3265 to confirm your order.
Our delivery window is between 10:00am – 8:00pm, however this may change during peak trading times.
Please provide us with clear delivery instructions as to where to leave your items if you are not home.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Orders are delivered boxed, frozen items are delivered in freezer bags with icepacks and should remain frozen until you get home.
Whilst we would love to collect the packaging to be reused or recycled, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to accept returned packaging. Please reuse if you are able, if not responsibly recycle.
Unfortunately, delivery is currently only available inside the ACT and Queanbeyan to ensure fresh as possible products direct from our oven to your door.
Yes, orders can be pre-ordered through our website and picked up from the bakery/cafe providing they are placed 48 hours before intended pick up. When ordering, please select ‘Store Pickup’ in the checkout. If you have already placed your order online, please call us on (02) 5100 3265 and we can arrange for pick up. Pre purchased pick ups are available for collection between 7am – 8pm.
We are serious about sourdough and the most important ingredient in great sourdough is time. From milling our own flour to long fermentation practices, we make sure every loaf has that distinctive Three Mills Bakery taste. All bread is made to order, so we need 48 hours to ensure that it is perfect for you.
Bake at home pastry items are available from our bakery cafe in Majura Park 7 days a week and at our pop-up stall at the Canberra region Farmers Market at Epic on a Saturday morning (subject to availability).
Only extra-large variants are available sliced, regular sized loaves are packed straight from the oven and are too hot to go through our slicing machines.
We do not slice gluten free bread due to the risk of cross contamination from other loaves.
As we want to provide you with the freshest possible pastry, we do not deliver baked pastries only our bake at home range that you can enjoy fresh from your oven.
Coffee beans cannot be ground although we do stock rhino hand grinders should you wish to grind your coffee at home.
All of our products are made fresh and sometimes we do run out. We do our best to stay on top of stock levels, if you notice that a product is sold out, please check back in again the following day or call us on (02) 5100 3265 and we can advise when this item will be back in stock.

Baking instructions are available on our website when you click on each individual product.
As the cold weather sets in, croissants may not prove up as quickly in colder room temperatures and may require to be left out for longer than initially advised. The photos of our croissants include an egg wash to provide a golden finish; whilst this is an optional baking step, it can have an effect on the appearance of the finished croissant.
