YOU’LL NEED
Baked off Ham Buns (baking instructions here)
Leftover sliced ham, prawns, turkey or lamb
Your favourite condiment: aioli, mayo or chutney will work well
Salad leaves
Green Goddess Salsa Verde
Parsley
Coriander
Dill
Basil
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Olive Oil
1 anchovy (Optional)
Dried or fresh Chili to taste
Lemon Juice or Vinegar of your choice, to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
METHOD
Green Goddess Salsa Verde
Finely chop herbs and place in a food processor.
Add olive oil, crushed garlic, anchovy and chilli.
Blitz until smooth, add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
Smear on your favourite condiment.
Place down salad leaves, and your chosen meat.
Spoon on salsa verde.
Sit back, relax (preferably by the pool) and enjoy.
