Salt & Pepper Croutons


YOU’LL NEED

1x Salt & Pepper Baguette (a day old is best!)
100g Butter (melted)
1 Sml bulb garlic, finely chopped
2 Sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped


METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
  2. Add garlic and rosemary to melted butter, mix well
  3. Grab your baguette, slice into 2cm thick rounds
  4. Tear bread into crouton chunks of desired size
  5. Add bread chunks to butter mix, toss well
  6. Place onto a lined baking tray
  7. Bake for approximately 12 minutes in the ove, or until golden brown and crispy.
