YOU’LL NEED
1x Salt & Pepper Baguette (a day old is best!)
100g Butter (melted)
1 Sml bulb garlic, finely chopped
2 Sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Add garlic and rosemary to melted butter, mix well
- Grab your baguette, slice into 2cm thick rounds
- Tear bread into crouton chunks of desired size
- Add bread chunks to butter mix, toss well
- Place onto a lined baking tray
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes in the ove, or until golden brown and crispy.
