Packed with a combination of seeds and grains, our Ancient Grain sourdough offers a delicious flavour and incredible nutrient bounty that keeps you feeling better for longer.
Each Ancient Grain loaf is prepared over three days which allows time for the wild yeast to break down all the natural sugars in the grain making it low GI.
How to use:
- Fresh or toasted, with quality aged cheddar.
- Ripe, soft goats cheese or a rich, soft Camembert.
- Accompaniment to hearty stews.
Store in a cool dry place for up to 4 days. Store frozen (sealed) for up to 6 months.
