Our wholemeal sourdough is made with a mix of cracked grains for texture and blended cracked rye flours for flavour and nutrition.
It’s then hand-shaped and fermented for days to unlock the nutrient bounty.
Each loaf is proudly made using all Australian ingredients, with no added nasties.
How to use:
- Pickled cucumber, pastrami and Havarti cheese toastie.
- Sharp French mustard and smoked chicken.
- Rich mushroom pate.
Store in a cool dry place for up to 4 days. Store frozen (sealed) for up to 6 months.
