Spelt grain is one of the few ancient wheat varieties that hasn’t been modified over the years, which makes it a nutritious source of protein.

Using traditional long fermentation processes, we hand shape each loaf to unlock the flavour and deliver an honest reflection of how great this grain can be.

How to use:

  • Nutty almond butter and sliced bananas.
  • Grilled vegetables and a drizzle of tahini.
  • Confit duck and mandarin marmalade.
